Responsibilities
- Build Magento community websites and other platforms.
- Write quality source code to be delivered on time, which meets defined project standards and deadlines.
- Understand the specifications to define system requirements.
- Design the database and preparing ER diagram for the same.
- Design the software architecture.
- Perform occasional evaluation of new technologies and methodologies for use within the projects to be developed.
- Must be open to writing code/ Provide technical support to team/ Proactive in actions.
- Analyze, design, code, debug, test, document and deploy changes to the system.
- Perform code review and merging of code in source controls systems (such as git).
- Perform Unit testing and demonstrate working solutions.
- Assist in deployments in pre-production and production environments.
- Learn and adhere to company coding and quality standards and conventions. Follow project-level design decisions and conventions.
Required Skill Set and Experience
- Experience in/with
- 1. Min 3 years in Magento.
- 2. 3-5 years in Magento 1.9, 2.0, MY SQL, API Development.
- 3. Developing APIs using GraphQL/ RESTful protocol.
- 4. Ecommerce web development projects, working in a client services environment, and building sites from start to finish.
- Custom module development, Architecture knowledge (Magento, ORM ).
- Understanding of Magento coding standards.
- Good working experience & knowledge of Magento 2.0 (Backend) & well versed in Magneto 2.0 documentation.
- Ability to develop Magento modules & customization, extension developmen.
- Strong knowledge of OOPS, MVC architecture. PHP, MYSQL, OOPS & RDBMS.
- Magento certified preferred.
